    AFTER Trial, A 1 MONTH COMMITMENT IS ENCOURAGED.

  • Meals come prepared in large dishes, that can easily be reheated & portioned throughout the week.

  • Current Available WEEKLY Meal Plan Options are:

Small Order - 3 portions of each dish. Recommended for a single person.   $82

Medium Order - 6 portions of each dish. Recommended for a family of 2-3.  $154

Large Order - 9 portions of each dish. Recommended for a family of 3-4.  $202

Extra Large Portion - 12 portions of each dish. Recommended for a family of 4-6. $267

  • Meals are delivered or picked up every Monday at:

  • Organic ingredients and high quality local meats are used whenever possible.
    The majority of ingredients are sourced through local venders, and once growing season is in full swing,
    organic produce will be sourced through Saur Farming in Parkdale, and other local farmers.

  • Each week there are 2 main dishes that are protein-based and 2 side dishes that are vegetable-based. See sample menu.

  • Each meal is Gluten Free and loosely follows a Paleo/Whole30 protocol with the occasional use of dairy, corn, tamari, miso, white potatoes and honey.

  • You will NEVER find: added white sugar or other low-quality types of sweeteners, msg, yeast, gluten or unfermented soy. 

  • You will ALWAYS find: high quality, fresh, and nourishing meals that are good for you and your family, and promote a healthy lifestyle.

INDIAN SPICED WHOLE ROASTED CHICKEN

Whole chicken, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, vinegar, cayenne, garam masala, cardamom, freshly ground black pepper, assorted spices, sea salt

SHEPHERD'S PIE WITH BEEF 

Painted Hills ground beef, Italian sausage, carrots, brussels sprouts, yellow onion, fresh garlic, bone broth, tomato paste, fresh thyme, fresh sage, organic russet potatoes, ghee, sea salt

KALE AND SUGAR SNAP PEA SALAD WITH MISO DRESSING
